Ship us the product
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label /placard and shipping instructions, within one business day of completion of online transaction. Simply package your trade-in product, attach the label, and ship it to us. Most items are shipped using FedEx.
Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected.

If the serial number is not included on the purchase invoice you must write the serial number on the invoice prior to submission.
Receive your Check
Your check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your traded product and receipt of your proof of purchase. If you are recycling your product, you will need to provide your credit card information to cover any recycling and shipping fees.
